(22 x 14 cm ) Vol. I pp. xviii, 320 ; Vol. II  pp. 304. Bound in red morocco half calf with gilt emphases, title and author in gilt on spine with in panels, other panels stamped with gilt decoration. Light blue marbled pastedowns and fly leaves. Bayntun stamp on back of fly leaf. Bound with original publisher's red cloth binding, covers and spine with decorative gilt stamping, in back. Alternating red and green silk endbank stitching. Top and fore- edge gilt. Overal VERY GOOD condition.
