This book celebrates an exhibition in the Fitzwilliam Museum in 1983 of cookery books, donated by the journalist, Pamela Lister. To commemorate the event, Pamela bound the exhibition catalogue in a splendid fine binding with an equally ornate slipcover. A piece of Cambridge history; an important handbook of cookery books; and a beautiful object of book art.
