G. & S.), title page with vignette. 6 black and white illustrations (114/115, 144/145, 302/303, 326/327, 488/489, 694/695). Gilt fore edges. Mauchline binding with terms and central vignette featuring three ladies (allegorical Victoria?) and the title. Five raised bands on spine, with gilt title and decorations. Some minor texturing to Mauchline veneer. Some browning and spotting to pages concurrent with age. Overall VERY GOOD condition.
