(11 x 8.5 cm) Single leaf on vellum, two columns in Latin executed in Gothic cursiva with 4 two-line initials in alternating blue and red, with alternating blue and red single-line initials. Single line filler. Guide letters visible. Ruled in graphite. Very fine parchment. Small pin prick hole. Pencil foliated 32 a in top margin. Overall VERY GOOD condition.
